TERMS OF USE AND RULES
Dear Customers,
Please read the General Terms of Purchase and Pre-Contractual Information carefully before making a purchase.
In accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia, particularly the Law on Trade („Službeni glasnik RS“, br. 52/2019) and the Law on Consumer Protection („Službeni glasnik RS“, br. 88/2021).


1. BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE PROVIDER
The internet platform and podcast studio available at: http://studiotoday.rs (hereinafter: “Platform”) are owned by the sole proprietorship Denis Nikiforov PR Belgrade, headquartered at Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 206, Belgrade, Serbia, registered with the Business Registers Agency under registration number MB67301951, PIB: 114070192 (hereinafter: “Service Provider” or “Studio”).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
By using the platform http://studiotoday.rs/ (hereinafter: “Website”), its content, and/or accessing the process of booking services via the Website, the user (hereinafter: “Client”) confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree with these General Terms of Use (hereinafter: “Terms”).
All pages of the Website, as well as other podcast studio services, including booking, recording, post-production, and podcast distribution, are intended for the professional and personal use of users.


3. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms of Use:
  • “Service Provider” or “Studio” means the sole proprietorship that operates the platform and provides podcast recording services.
  • “Client” means any natural or legal person who uses the podcast studio services.
  • “Website” means the internet presentation available at https://podkaststudio.rs.
  • “Services” mean all services provided by the Studio, including recording, editing, post-production, and podcast distribution.
  • “Content” means audio material, podcasts, interviews, and other content created during the use of the Studio’s services.


4. PODCAST STUDIO SERVICES4.1. Types of Services
The Studio provides the following services:
  • Reservation of studio space for recording
  • Professional podcast recording
  • Audio editing and post-production
  • Technical support
4.2. Booking Terms
  • Reservations are made via the online calendar on the Website
  • The Client must confirm the booking at least 48 hours in advance
  • Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without charge
  • For cancellations after that period, the terms in section 8.1 apply


5. USE OF SERVICES5.1. Reservation and Payment
The booking process includes:
  1. Selecting the desired service and time slot
  2. Entering contact details
  3. Booking confirmation
  4. Payment (in advance or after the service, depending on the agreement)
5.2. Booking Confirmation
A service is considered successfully booked once the Client completes the entire booking process, which includes the following four steps:
  1. Review of the booking and selected services
  2. Selection of the payment method
  3. Entry of payment details and confirmation
  4. Issuance of a fiscal receipt/booking confirmation
5.3. Fiscal Receipt
A fiscal receipt for the reserved service will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the Client at the time of booking. The Client is obliged to keep the electronic confirmation and fiscal receipt as proof of reservation, until the time of service use and/or possible cancellation.
5.4. If Confirmation is Not Received
If the Client does not receive a booking confirmation by email within a few minutes, it is recommended to:
  • Check the Spam/Junk or Promotions folder of their email account
  • Check whether the booking is visible in the user account on the Website
  • If the booking is not visible, it is recommended to repeat the booking process
5.5. Service Availability
The Studio undertakes to provide all reserved services that are available at the time of booking.
If a certain service is unavailable (e.g., technical equipment failure), the Studio will promptly contact the Client via phone or email to arrange:
  • An alternative booking date, or
  • Partial cancellation of the reservation (only for unavailable services).
All other available services in the reservation will be provided as scheduled.
5.6. Disclaimer on Illustrations
Some photos of studio spaces and equipment displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the current appearance (e.g., due to equipment upgrades or space reorganization). Such differences do not constitute grounds for complaint, provided that the quality and declared characteristics of the services match the description.
5.7. Prohibited Activities
When using the Studio’s services, it is strictly prohibited to:
  • Record content that violates the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia
  • Publish defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory content
  • Infringe on third-party copyrights
  • Damage the reputation of the Studio or other clients


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT6.1. Client’s Rights
  • The Client retains all copyrights to their own content.
  • The Studio does not acquire rights to the created content unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. Studio’s Rights
  • The Studio reserves the right to use short excerpts for promotional purposes (with the Client’s consent).
  • All Website content (design, texts, logos) is protected by the Studio’s copyright.


7. PRICES AND PAYMENT7.1. Service Prices
  • All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).
  • Prices displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only, calculated using the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
  • The amount charged to your card/account will be in your local currency, converted at the rate applied by your card provider, which may differ slightly from the displayed price.
  • The price list is available on the Website and may be changed with prior notice.
  • Special packages and discounts may be offered seasonally.
7.2. Payment Methods
  • Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (for individuals)


8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND8.1. Cancellation by Client
  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before the session: 100% refund
  • Cancellation 48–24 hours before the session: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund
8.2. Cancellation by Studio
In the case of technical issues or force majeure, the Studio will:
  • Refund the full amount, or
  • Reschedule the session.
  • The Client will be informed no later than 2 hours before the scheduled session.


9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY9.1. Data Collection
The Studio collects the following data:
  • Name and surname/company name
  • Contact details (phone, email)
  • Booking and service usage information
9.2. Use of Data
Data is used exclusively for:
  • Providing booked services
  • Communication with clients
  • Improving service quality
  • Marketing communication (with the Client’s consent)
9.3. Data Protection
  • Confidential payment transaction data are protected.
  • The Seller is committed to preserving the privacy of all registered customers.
  • All payments are made in Serbian dinar (RSD). Informational currency conversions are based on the National Bank of Serbia exchange rate.
  • Payment card details are encrypted via SSL protocol and PKI system and are never accessible to the Seller.
  • Payment security is guaranteed by the card processor ALTA PAY ad Belgrade, and the entire transaction is carried out on the bank’s secure pages.
  • The Seller does not store or process personal payment data directly.
10. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS10.1. Studio’s Responsibility
The Studio is responsible for:
  • The quality of services provided in accordance with the agreement
  • The safety of equipment and premises
  • Protecting the confidentiality of client information
10.2. Limitations of Responsibility
The Studio is not responsible for:
  • Content created by the Client
  • Consequences of distributing content on external platforms
  • Technical issues beyond the Studio’s control (internet, power outages, etc.)


11. COMPLAINTS11.1. Complaint Procedure
  • Complaints can be submitted by email: mmozzg@gmail.com
  • The Studio will respond to a complaint within 3 business days
  • Valid complaints will be resolved within 7 days
11.2. Grounds for Complaint
  • Technical issues during recording
  • Failure to meet agreed specifications


12. COOKIE POLICY12.1. Compliance
The online store https://tuttivini.rs uses cookies in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce (“Official Gazette RS”, nos. 41/2009, 95/2013, 52/2019), the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette RS”, no. 87/2018), as well as other relevant Serbian regulations.
12.2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files automatically placed on the user’s device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) when visiting a website. They enable website functionality, improve user experience, and allow visit analysis for optimizing content and services.
12.3. Types of Cookies Used
  • Necessary cookies – enable basic functions (e.g., navigation, saving cart items, user login) and cannot be disabled.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS13.1. Amendments to the Terms
  • The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms, with notice to Clients.
  • Amendments take effect 30 days after publication on the Website.
13.2. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Belgrade.
